The Kevorkian Solution - Invokation

Deathstill, 2002, CD

This is a berzerk sounding record. Mixing together all the slapstick grind, math, noise and other madness that you could only dream up while sick with a high fever, they throw anything they can into the blender. Short periods of blastbeats collide into ambient noise passages as the vocals attack the listener like a pack of rabid dogs. Nothing is ever clear cut, none of it ever settles on anything. You probably need a decade or so just warming up with regular grindcore and death metal before attempting to like such a thing. It is hard to take in even after several listens.

Creation is Crucifixion, The Locust and Crom Tech and all that crazy shit comes to mind.

The production really isn't that hot though otherwise this could have taken over and destroyed popular culture.
